Burberry´s Headquarters: “Trench kisses”

Autumn is just around the corner (this unbelievable Summer in London won´t last too long, as we all know) and all the brands are introducing their new collections. One of my favorites is Burberry Prorsum!!

Last February I was lucky to visit its showroom at the Horseferry Road Headquarters and check the “Trench kisses” collection, that Christopher Bailey, Burberry´s creative director, presented the day before at the London Fashion Week in the Kensington Gardens.

I fell in love with the hearts print, the red knitwear, the wide stripes and all of the outerwear. Of course the Autumn Winter 2013/14  collection has Bailey´s signature with new materials and trenches as you have never imagined before: they´ve gone wild this time.

This collection is inspired by the heritage of the British brand, the beauty of the Sixties and Christine Keeler and everything without forgetting the most iconic colours of Burberry.

You can have a closer look at all the pictures I took in the slideshow below. Check as well the accessories, I love the pointed kitten heels and the flats in animal prints, so elegant and ladylike…

And if you can´t afford one of the beautiful pieces of Burberry Prorsum, you could always go for a low cost style… like this striped skirt from Zara, it won´t be Burberry, but could work for some of us.
